2 weeks

Best for

Teams with a stalled or underperforming AI/ML initiative, or those who know they need to act but don't yet have clarity on where to start.

What happens

  • Stakeholder interviews across technical, product, commercial, and organisational dimensions
  • Code and data audit
  • Working sessions with the team

  • Structured presentation of findings and recommendations

Typically leads into a development engagement or Advisory Retainer.

3-month minimum, then monthly rolling

An expert in your corner — available for the architectural calls, strategic decisions, and board-facing conversations that matter.

Best for

Post-sprint clients maintaining momentum. Technical leaders who want a thinking partner, not a project manager.

What happens

  • 1× 60-minute monthly call (agenda set by you)
  • Async Q&A via email or Slack (1–2 business day turnaround)
  • Review of architectural or strategic decisions before they're made

Not delivery work — no code, no project management. Separate engagements are available for that.
